Mr. Rupert Irikefe is the Head of Chambers and Principal Partner of EIP Legal Practitioners.

He is a seasoned Legal Practitioner with a flair and passion for litigation. He is very creative, tenacious, result oriented and anticipatory. He knows how to adapt to the circumstances of any particular case to achieve the desired outcome.

Irikefe won a landmark lawsuit against the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Zenith Bank, and the Attorney General of the Federation challenging the continued deduction of N50 as Stamp Duty charges in 2020.

Cynthia Chukwufumnanya Izu Esq. is a dynamic and dedicated legal professional with over 8 years of experience in combining impactful litigation, lecturing, robust advocacy, and insightful research.

She is passionate about advancing human rights, enhancing criminal justice systems, promoting climate justice, reinforcing international legal frameworks, and advocating for gender equality.

Driven by a profound commitment to justice and equity, Cynthia continues to leverage her skills and expertise to address complex legal issues and promote social change.

Quinette is a seasoned legal professional with a Bachelor of Laws from Madonna University and a call to the Nigerian Bar. She brings over a decade of experience to her practice, specializing in Corporate & Commercial Law, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property.

Quinette has successfully served numerous clients across a wide range of legal matters, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex legal issues.

Beyond her professional achievements, Quinette is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a dedicated advocate for social justice. She serves with the Legal Advocacy Response to Drug Initiative and FIDA
